SEQUENCING TECHNOLOGY SECTION (STS)

Sequencing Technology Section (STS) provides researchers a complete genomic solution using Sanger Technology and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms.  The facility caters projects for whole genome sequencing (WGS), transcriptomics sequencing and targeted sequencing.

  • Query from client - Initial discussion and consultation on application and objective
  • Sample submission - Quality Assessment - Concentration, Quality & Quantity
  • Library Construction - Library preparation according to application, Library QC
  • Sequencing and Analysis according to the project design - Sequencing run of library, Sequencing run QC
  • Data Delivery - Raw data & reports will be delivered by FTP Server or HDD drive.
